The Villa
Villa Margarita is fully detached from the main house and offers
complete privacy. You can either enjoy the privacy of the Villa or
you can opt to interact with your warm and friendly hosts, who
happily welcome you to enjoy the uniqueness of their home. Both the
main house and the Villa are industrial looking in design. The
natural elements incorporated in the design (wood and metal
cladding) are harmonious with the natural setting.
> EXOTIC DECOR
The décor at Villa Margarita is exotic and stylish and incorporates vibrant colours through the use of art and accessories. The peaceful neutrals used on the walls give it a perfect balance. The richness of the timber floors is set off by a zebra print animal hide, which also coordinates with cushions and unique cultural items that compliment the look and feel of the Villa. This decorative combination, added to the breathtaking panoramic views that are seen from all rooms within the Villa, create a delicious atmosphere. Featured throughout are touches of Miami, Cuba and New Zealand. This eclectic, multi-cultural creation has a modern chic edge.> COMTEMPORARY LIVING
In the main living area you will enjoy the comfort of a white, crisp, leather sofa that faces a double-sided fireplace. Although the living, dining and kitchen are all part of one open plan room, the feature double-sided fireplace serves to divide the room into cozy areas. All of the beautiful furniture in the Villa (some pieces coming all the way from Miami) is positioned so that guests can capture the beauty of the natural surroundings. Each area shows different perspectives of the views, with the main focus being the rolling hills and the horizon. A stunning sunset can be seen every evening; each evening quite different to the other. A television (with Sky TV) and a DVD player are provided with an extensive selection of DVDs to choose from, as well as a CD player and variety of music for your enjoyment. Gorgeous coffee table books and décor magazines are also displayed and available for guests to view and enjoy.> GOURMET KITCHEN
The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, with complete china set catering for up to 6 people. All China, glasses and all other utensils are of top quality. Everything guests may possibly need is provided.> LUXURIOUS BEDROOMS
The Villa has two Master Bedrooms. One master bedroom has a Super King Bed with embroidered top of the line linen. This bed faces out to the breathtaking view, making each morning a spectacular awakening. Off this bedroom is a bathroom with a spa bath that also looks to the more rural, side view of the Villa. Aroma products are provided for total pampering.The other Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed that also has the option of converting into two single beds. This bedroom also has top quality linens and maximum views. (Both bedrooms are carpeted for coziness and warmth). This bedroom has a spacious bathroom with a double vanity, as well as a spacious double shower. Again, bath products are provided for optimum pampering. Both bathrooms are also supplied with soft and comfy his and hers bathrobes.
> UNIQUE FEATURES
A unique feature that Villa Margarita offers is a four-legged claw bath that sits outside on the wrap around deck of the Villa. This spacious bath is situated so that both the rural scenes as well as the water views are seen. The contrast in scenery is unique and unusual to be viewed from a single location.> LITTLE EXTRAS
Extra amenities at the Villa not mentioned above are: washer and dryer, electric blankets, hair dryers, barbeque and internet access.Also available to guests at the Main House is a lap pool, a home theatre and if you’re adventurous enough, Latin Dance Classes with Margarita.
