RATES PER NIGHT 2009 - 2010 (FOR TWO PEOPLE)
Peak Season	1 November - 30 April	NZ $410
Low Season	1 May - 31 October	NZ $350
Additional children (under 14yrs) per child		NZ $30
Additional adults per adult		NZ $60

Rates are for exclusive use of Villa Margarita.
All rates quoted are inclusive of GST (NZ Goods & Services Tax).
Accommodation for up to four guests. Full breakfast items are provided daily.

Rates are in New Zealand dollars
Villa Margarita accepts most major credit cards.
Check-in time is 3pm, check-out time is 11am.
Indoor areas of the Villa are non-smoking.
Villa Margarita is not suitable for pets.
Detailed directions and access information to the property will be emailed to you once your booking has been confirmed.

> PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

Please provide credit card details (card type, name as it reads on the card, credit card number and expiration date) in the comments box when making a reservation. Your card will be charge upon arrival.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged the total booking.
Cancellation policy due to exclusive single party occupancy of the property.
